We had the Cubins up from Dundas to stay over the weekend. They'd been on a little jaunt up to Montreal with Rachel's parents, and were just heading back down Toronto-way.

Was great to see them again... we had a nice little picnic in Major Hill Park, wandered around the canal and the parliament buildings, had dinner at a crazy Jamacian-fusion restaurant, watched a world championship fireworks display (probably the most impressive fireworks I've ever seen), and just generally chilled and chatted.
