Holy Snowstorm Batman!

This is pretty awesome... we've already had more snow than we had the entirety of last winter! Well, its feels like that anyways. Last year there wasn't really lasting snow on the ground until mid-January, but we've already had more than half a metre. Some of the ski slopes around Ottawa are listing this as the earliest they've ever opened, and they're predicting the coldest winter in 15 years. Sweet!

We've been too busy to get out in the snow though... Elli has just kicked off her project with a big round-table (which she was very relieved to get out of the way :-) ), and I'm working a full-time job plus several part-time contracts, so we're pretty flat out. Friday week we head to Quebec City for a bit of a break over Christmas... should be good.

I'm a bit sad that Ben and Rach are leaving Canada soon... fellow Australians and all that. Even though we were hardly ever organimised enough to see them! Good luck guys!
